Sarah is a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on social impact leader and mission-driven attorney.

As Head of Community Impact at Visa, she managed a team engaging employees and supporting communities globally through philanthropy and volunteerism.

She helped to build and scale the foundation as Program Director at Gerstner Philanthropies, where she served as a thought partner, designed and drove strategy, executed grantmaking programs, created systems, oversaw budgets, measured impact, and wrote internal and external communications.

She served as a Program Officer at Tiger Foundation, engaging its board of hedge fund leaders in collective philanthropy with rigorous metrics.

At the Pro Bono Partnership, she recruited and managed a large network of corporate and law firm volunteers, advised clients, designed programs, planned events, gave presentations and trainings, and helped drive organizational operations and growth.

Sarah worked as a corporate lawyer at IBM and Proskauer, and began her career in development at The New York Public Library.

She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
